Namaste Trading Company, Ltd. (DBA TEAK BALI) was incorporated in the state of Hawaii in 1998. Namaste Trading Company is a legally run corporation with a top credit rating with Dunn & Bradstreet and a solid track record with the US Better Business Bureau.
Our presence is known throughout the Hawaiian Island chain with a proven track record of quality, integrity and strong follow-up. In regard to our growing Luxury prefab Hardwood Home division, we have sold a noteworthy amount of tropical hardwood homes that have been reassembled throughout the Big Island of Hawaii.
PT Teak Bali was established as a legally recognized entity within the Indonesian Governmental structure in 2007 Since then, we have a spotless record that includes clean transparent relations with all clients and legal licensing and up to date filing with the Customs, Tax and and Department of manpower governmental agencies. PT Teak Bali controls all the manufacturing concerns and sells directly to all worldwide clients out of the United States of America.
Maintaining legal compliance
In 3rd world business cultures, there sometimes is a temptation to side-step local legal procedures to save on short-term costs or to get around certain time constraints. PT TEAK BALI categorically takes the high road by following all legal requirements, from sourcing legal raw materials, company structuring, business licensing, export/customs reporting, tax payment and filings and most importantly dedication to following all manpower regulations regarding employee labor law.
Delivery to anywhere in the world
TEAK BALI’s “Pre-assembly in Bali, knock it down, ship it complete in a container, re-assemble in the country of destination” concept is perfect for remote Island destinations that do not yet have a mature building infrastructure. Our logistics support is second to none and we can deliver our product anywhere on the planet that has an International shipping port. TEAK BALI’s Tropical Hardwoods are all sourced legally in Indonesia. To maintain Environmental Integrity with the Indonesian forest and Mother Nature at large, we are instituting a unique reforestation program by planting and cultivating two seedlings for every tree used in the construction of each customer’s tropical timber structures (past and future). We also have a burgeoning market in the Caribbean where our Hurricane Resistant structures are increasingly in demand.

The only corners we cut are made by our hardwood saws. While we design for optimum material use, we never skimp on the Hardwood Raw Materials required for structural strength, quality and design aesthetics. Our Structural Building Protocols always focus on quality rather than choosing to implement any cost cutting measures. For all of our overseas shipments, we always include extra beams for all member categories in case items get damaged during shipping or re-assembly.
All hardwoods obtained by TEAK BALI are purchased from legal forest timber concessions in Indonesia. To do even better than re-balance nature, TEAK BALI is introducing a 2 for 1 Reforestation initiative whereby we plant and cultivate twice the equivalent amount of trees used in construction of our hardwood structures.

SVLK stands for Sistem Verifikasi Legalitas Kayu which translates to Indonesian Timber Legality Assurance System. It is designed to check the legality of timber from forest all the way through to export using independent auditors.
